This page explains the information collected through the XMC Tactical professional training request form.
Information collected
The request form collects contact, organization, scheduling, participant, facility-interest and training-requirement information supplied by the requester. Contact fields are mapped into our contact-management system and the complete request is stored as a our secure inquiry system submission.
How the information is used
The information is used to evaluate organization eligibility, mission fit, facility availability, safety and documentation requirements, lodging, meals, support resources and the preparation of a proposed scope or quote.
Do not submit sensitive operational information
Do not use the public form for classified, controlled, law-enforcement-sensitive, personally protected medical or other restricted operational information. A secure method can be arranged after the organization and point of contact are verified.
No automatic reservation
A form submission does not reserve a date, approve an activity or create a contract. Written confirmation and the applicable agreement are required.
Third-party services
The site is hosted by Wix and uses our secure inquiry system and our contact-management system to process inquiries. Links to external maps, social-media archives, Camp-Liberty.com and XMCCamp.com open separate services with their own policies.
