What an organized-team request should show
- Established team identity, website or social presence
- Named adult leadership and responsible safety officer
- Anticipated roster and participant age range
- Experience level and proposed event format
- Insurance or coverage information
- Written rules, velocity limits and equipment plan
- Medical, communications and emergency plan
- Requested facilities, lodging and meals
Professional operations remain protected
- Professional training has scheduling priority
- No overlap with live-fire operations
- Only approved facilities and systems may be used
- No public promotion until the date is confirmed
- Rostered participants only
- Facility zones and props cannot be altered without approval
- Damage, cleanup and conduct requirements apply
- A request does not create a reservation
